By enrolling in this subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following coaching terms:
Coach Attire:
Coaches are permitted to wear athletic apparel of their choosing that is appropriate for training. Specific clothing requests or attire mandates from parents/guardians will not be accommodated.
Professional Conduct:
Coaches are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. This includes:
No smoking during sessions or anywhere on the property.No inappropriate behavior.Arriving on time and delivering focused, structured sessions.
Training Environment:
Our priority is providing a safe, respectful, and effective training experience. While parent feedback is always welcome, day-to-day training methods, attire, and coaching structure are at the sole discretion of Yah Nation Athletics and its staff.
Boundaries and Respect:
Families are asked to respect the coaching process and environment. Any concerns should be directed to the Administrative Coordinator, not addressed directly with the coach during or immediately after a session.
Coach Access and Boundaries:
The coach must be allowed safe and uninterrupted access to the training area.Parents/guardians agree not to interfere with the session once it begins unless there is an emergency.
Supervision Disclaimer:
The coach is not responsible for supervision of other children or individuals during the training session.
The focus of the coach will be exclusively on the athlete scheduled for training.
Video or Recording Consent:
Any video or photo recording of sessions by the parent must be disclosed to the coach.The coach and/or Yah Nation Athletics may also capture video for training feedback or promotional use—with prior consent.
Emergency Protocol Acknowledgement:
Parents acknowledge that they will be on-site and available in case of emergency.The coach is not expected to provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid and will contact emergency services if necessary.
